A postpartum doula helps families transition into new parenthood. We provide families with emotional, physical and informational support  in the postpartum period. Some of that includes:

• Help with physical and emotional recovery after birth

• Breastfeeding support 

• Baby soothing techniques 

• Assist with newborn care(ie~bathing diapering and feeding)

• Running errands 

• Meal preparation 

• Light house keeping
