A 2-hour hands on comfort measures class. You and your partner will learn different hands on techniques to utilizing during each stage of labor and birth. Whether having your baby at home or hospital, epidural or unmedicated this class is or you. Class includes: Stages of labor comfort measures, relaxation techniques, birth ball uses, labor/push position and breathing techniques.
