My heart is to serve birthing women and their families through emotional, physical and informational support before, during, and after childbirth. Whether in the hospital, birth center, or home I aim to support parents in building evidence-based decisions and empowering them throughout their journey.

I am a mother of two young adults and a wife to one devoted husband. In my spare time, I’m a plant hobbyist, I enjoy traveling, shopping, great conversations, game night and spending time with family and friends.
